Joe Lee with Claire Crawford of the Starkville, Mississippi chapter of Operation Smile. Our club's annual gift of $1000 is matched dollar for dollar by Operation Smile, allowing for a total of eight cleft palate surgeries each year. On December 10, 2008, Claire spoke to our club and gave a Power Point presentation about her trip to the Philipines and showed pictures of many children who had the surgeries. |
