FALL AND SPRING DICTIONARY PROJECTS...A TOTAL OF FOUR!!!

We have partnered with four schools this year. In September, 2009, we visited Woodville Elementary school in Jackson and in October, 2009, we visited Oak Forest Elementary school in Jackson. We provided dictionaries to all the 3rd graders and awarded a $250.00 gift certificate to each of the schools to be used for updating their libraries and other curriculum. In 2010, we  partnered with Camden Elementary and Luther Branson Elementary in Canton.

GIFT CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION

We'll buy a $250.00 gift certificate from The Bookshelf, Madison County's only remaining locally-owned bookstore, for each of the schools we support with our dictionary project..

We will continue to look for a school or library with whom we can partner on this ongoing project.
